Basket was perfect and amazing ,full of pretty orchids ,red carnations and fresh white roses and lovely roses. 15 red carnations. 4 white lilies. 10 roses. 4 orchids. Free love card. I ordered shortly after midnight for same day delivery. The flowers arrived mid afternoon at their destination. I had been concerned that they hadn’t arrived because the ’track my order’ status was not updated to ’delivered’ until late in the evening. At around 4.30pm I contacted A1 city flowers Customer Services to ask for the delivery They were prompt to reply (10 mins) however, whilst they were contacting the courier, I received a thank you for the flowers, which had arrived and were reported to be beautiful. I have seen a photo of the flowers I sent and they are stunning. Exactly as described on the website and beautifully presented. All flowers were open and in excellent condition, only the lilies were not fully open yet (which is as I would expect) my order was placed on a Monday and I believe this is when most suppliers have their delivery of fresh flowers - something I will keep in mind for future purchases.Quality Price Value
